For over the last couple of years I have continually worked on the process of a Warren Buffet documented approach to doing business.

The goal has always been to provide a superior result for my partners in that process.

Over that time I’ve continually encountered with my partners several challenges.

The biggest being:
Having the down payment
Having the credit to qualify for it
Being able to afford the payment
Budgeting properly for it

Most people don’t start tackling this process until right before they are thinking about getting a home.

What I have found out time and time again is a mistake.

Anytime you rush a process that involves investing hundreds of thousands of dollars you typically will lose. That usually means in dollars.

Which is why you need a process.

Which we have done. But I’m not satisfied with it. I’ve realized we can help our partners out a lot more.

Let’s face it; everybody wants to save money right? Especially before you go to buy your home.

That’s why we’re diving further into this process of helping our partners before buying a home.

The goal is to have a step by step plan for every one of our clients to Maximize their saving potential before buying a home.

You say, how can you do that?

By helping you in the areas where your bills are the most. 

That starts by getting you the best financing on your home.

That doesn’t happen though when you treat your credit like it’s a drive through window. Regardless of what your credit score is. 

You can always get a better rate by raising your score. 

How do you do that?

By having a strategy session with my Approved lender to get a step by step plan to do so.

People next biggest expense are their insurance. 

I work with a Power House Insurance broker that has saved people hundreds of dollars a year working with my partners.

I’ve always worked with him. The problem was in the past I kind of felt like I might be pushing it on people.

I realize now it’s my obligation to offer it. You have a right to save money.

Now everybody will get a quote from him if they want it. (if you’d like one now just message me)

Last is budgeting in general. Most people were never taught how to budget. I know I wasn’t.

I changed the way I spent my budget years ago and it changed my whole life.

So I’m including a E-Book that covers that subject for you as well.

Buying a home has never been easy. But it’s our goal to always try to help our partners out.

This is just another step we are adding to help do this. 

We might not all be Warren Buffets but we can still apply the same rules he uses to help us in our situations.
