I had a AMAZING  time with my kids at Monster Jam a couple of weeks ago.  Taking a step to break down some of that RESISTANCE  I talked about last week.

It had been decades since I last watched monster trucks and the whole thing has been revolutionized.  The trucks are bigger and badder, doing back flips front flips and so much more.

As I watched I sat and wondered?  Who had a vision for all of this?  How did monster trucks get here?  After all the truck I remember most was Bigfoot and I didn’t see that here. Where did Bigfoot go?

So I decided to do a little research on it and what I found was quite Amazing.

Bob Chandler was the owner of the Bigfoot team and was running the version of trucks known as “stage two” monster trucks back in the 80’s.  This was a heavy truck and Bob had a vision of something that was better and could withstand the big jumps the trucks were doing.

So he went to the drawing board and built Bigfoot VIII which was unlike any other truck of it’s time.  It was so advanced that Bigfoot dominated the races.  As with most products that revolutionize industry’s, critics and truck drivers came out,complained and got Bigfoot banned from the races.

People that have visions don’t give up on them…

So Bob sued the TNT series at that time and was allowed to compete once again.  Winning over 60% of his races that year.  After that  everyone jumped on board and Bigfoot VIII become the blueprint for the amazing trucks you see today.

I’m always fascinated with people that don’t settle for second best and have Vision to see great things.  It makes the world a better place and it’s a good reminder to never give up.

A person that is making big waves in those categories is  Elon Musk.  For those of you that don’t know who Elon is well he is one of the inventors of Pay Pal and has a vision of getting people to mars.  One that a lot of people have laughed at.

But when you have a real vision it will drive you to not be denied.  As was the case most recently when Elon launched a rocket into outer space that had boosters that separate and re land back on earth.

So what’s the big deal about that?

Well space travel isn’t cheap.  Previously the rockets that held the fuel just fell into the ocean never to be used again.  Costing companies and investors huge sums of money to have products in space.

By reducing the cost of going to space for companies he can begin to test twice as fast the capabilities of getting things into space because he has made if affordable for companies to do so.  They send more products into space and pay for him to figure out a way to get toMars.

All this because he had a vision.

I just recently myself have made big strides with moving forward with my vision and exposing some things that need to be changed in our industry as well.

Far to long the real estate agents have practiced unethical and strong arm tactics on the consumers of today.  So much so that it has become a norm of doing business.

But like Big Foot a innovation was needed.  Their were some of us that couldn’t just sit back and be a part of the norm.

That’s why teamed up with a group of other entrepreneurs to come out with a book called The Value Driven Approach To Sell Real Estate  that exposes and speaks out against these acts of crimes.  Exposing the industry and changing it for the good.

The world is a better place with your vision in it no matter how big or small..  Learn to unshackle it and who knows you might just become a Monster Smash!
